At the beginning of September, Christine Eloy (right) has taken over the position as the new manager of Europa Distribution. Christine Eloy, formerly head of sales at the Belgian distributor Cinéart, joined Europa Distribution already as an early member.

The network of independent film distributors was created in 2006. The organization represents more than130 independent distributors from 28 countries. The professional network acts as a think tank, lobby and an experimental field for new businesses in film distribution.

Christine Eloy is replacing Adeline Monzier (left) who is joining the Unifrance US office in New York. Adeline Monzier will retain links with Europa Distribution as a consultant. The aim of Europa Distribution is to strengthen the existing European ties to improve the reach, impact, distribution and promotion tools of independent films.
